Traveling through time and space, Zhuge Kongming wakes up in the streets of Shibuya. Working together with the up-and-coming artist, Eiko Tsukimi, the team sets off to take the world by storm through their music. Although they successfully won their place to perform at Summer Sonia, EIKO still only has one original song! Their next task is to write several new songs after "DREAMER"! Kongming seeks out the young talent of the jazz world, the Wakatsuki siblings to help them create the new music EIKO is going to need. However, the siblings have problems of their own! Their relationship is quickly crumbling and in order to get their help, Kongming is going to have to mend their relationship through...DJing?!

He takes up the role as the singer, Eiko Tsukimi’s tactician, to bring peace across the world by using club music! After Eiko’s concert ends in a grand success, the team is ready to prepare for their next battle, an outdoor festival. What kind of scheme does Kongming have to help Eiko, who’s stuck with a booth that’s located in the most remote place of the festival?!

Eiko and Kongming joins the Kyoto Five-District Festival! They ride into battle with their floats, traveling across the city. It's a simple competition, where the team that can gather the most guests win! However, Eiko's team, the Kiyamachi Shopping District, is an underdog in the competition with a small budget and no connections. But the curtains rise on a total war between Kiyamachi, backed with Kongming's tactics, and the consecutive winners, Komagawa! Eiko takes the stage in order to win this competition for their district, and in order to deliver her new song, Flower Crown, to her mother!!

Zhuge Kongming reincarnates into present-day Shibuya and is working with the up-and-coming singer, Eiko Tsukimi, as her tactician! While Eiko has to record her all-new, original song, she finds herself trapped in a terrible slump! To help her get her creative juices running, Eiko goes busking on the streets and that's when she meets Nanami, a girl after her own heart. After her experiences, Eiko finally finds the true reason for her singing. But to her dismay, Nanami is actually from the rival band who are aiming to win the "100,000 likes challenge," just like her!

Kongming has created a new label, "Fourth Kingdom." Their first job is to have an artist collaboration mixed concert with the major artists of the three biggest labels in Japan! In order to make this collaboration a success, Kongming will have to put to work some of his usual tricks...will he be able to accomplish such an unbelievable feat?

Eiko's aiming to perform at the world's biggest music festival, VOICELL LAND! But to make her way there, she'll have to put on her first-ever solo concert. To her surprise, Kongming seeks out the help of Karasawa to help produce the event! But Karasawa's a lot stricter than anyone would've imagined and told Eiko to redo her plans, throwing her back to square one. Meanwhile, Kongming is trying to cozy up with the owner of the venue by promising to help him win a horse race. But things go south when a rival horse comes into the picture!
