Their next challenge is to get 100,000 likes in order to perform at the major outdoor concert festival, Summer Sonia. The key to their victory is the talented rapper, KABEtaijin. But to get him out of his slump, Kongming is going to have to face him in a rap battle!

The famous general, Zhuge Kongming, reborns into present-day Shibuya after his death. He takes up the role as the singer, Eiko Tsukimi’s tactician, to bring peace across the world by using club music! After Eiko’s concert ends in a grand success, the team is ready to prepare for their next battle, an outdoor festival. What kind of scheme does Kongming have to help Eiko, who’s stuck with a booth that’s located in the most remote place of the festival?!

Eiko has taken up the challenge to gather more guests to her stage than her rivals at the major music festival, Summer Sonia! Keiji Maeono stands in her way, using his money and influence to manipulate the festival and buy his way to the top. To thwart Eiko, Keiji has devised a plan to scout Kabetaijin to his side. However, Kongming has a plan up his sleeve…to use the Fire Attack Strategy to burn Keiji to the ground! Will the hopeful southeast wind blow into the war-torn Summer Sonia grounds?!

Meanwhile, Kongming is trying to cozy up with the owner of the venue by promising to help him win a horse race. But things go south when a rival horse comes into the picture!

If Eiko's new song, "Flower Crown," can move the people's hearts, then Shoko will let Eiko continue on her dream to become a singer! To complete this song about "sibling love," Eiko must look to her past. She decides to go back to her family town in Kyoto with Kongming! But having reached the town heavy with history between Eiko and her mother, Eiko struggles to find that "something missing" to complete her song. Thus starts the Kyoto Festival Arc!
