This is Volume 2 of three volumes that comprise the Anadromous Fish Restoration Program (AFRP) Working Paper on Restoration Needs. Volume 2 provides descriptions of Central Valley rivers and streams, summarizes information on historic and existing conditions for anadromous fish, identifies the problems that have led to the decline of anadromous fish populations, and identifies roles and responsibilities of state and federal agencies in managing anadromous fish. It also includes two key documents that were used by the AFRP Core Group and technical teams to develop the working paper.
