Veer Shivaji was born on April 16, 1627 in Shivneri Durg. His father was Shahji Bhonsle and his mother was Jija Bai. During that time in India, there was the rule of Muslim Emperors. Hindu warriors were shedding the blood of their own kith and kin and were engaged in pleasing the Muslim kings. Hindu blood was shed and Muslims ruled over India. At the time of the birth of Shivaji, his father Shahji Bhonsle went to the south to fight with his opponent, Mughal Knight Darya Khan Rohilla. Therefore he could not reach Shivneri to celebrate the birth of his son. After killing Rohilla he reached Shivneri to see his son. He was very pleased to see such a beautiful son. But he was not able to stay long with his son. He went towards south India at the invitation of the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan.

When the Indian Prime Minister was delivering his speech, he saw five CISF men entering the meeting hall and run toward the podium, holding guns. First, the PM thought that something had gone wrong and these CISF men were rushing to protect him. Suddenly, the entire dais went descending with the Indian PM, the injured guards and other 10 Heads of States who on the dais listening to the speech of the Indian PM. All the dignitaries on the dais witnessed that they were going down in a big open lift. The dais went down for about 20 feet and stopped. The Indian PM and the other dignitaries observed that they had landed in the middle of a large hall and UCF uniformed men were rushing toward the dais. They stepped down from the dais and were surrounded by 50 UCF security men. They were taken to the other side of the hall and seated in luxury sofa sets. They were shocked but relieved to realize that they had narrowly escaped death.

Tanaji Malusare was a very close friend of Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and a brave and loyal Maratha Commander. He used to play the role of a 'Subedaar' (governor) for Shivaji Maharaj so that a Maratha Empire and a 'Hindavi Swarajya' could be established. Tanaji was a childhood friend of Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj . He played an important role in the battle of Sinhgad in 1670. Although, there were many Commanders in Shivaji's army, Chatrapati Shivaji chose the brave Tanaji for the attack on Kodhna. 'Kodhna' became a part of 'Swarajya', but Tanaji was killed. When Chatrapati Shivaji heard the news, the words that he uttered were, 'Although, we have won the fort, but I have lost my courageous fighter.'
