Unfuck Your Abuse is a book that teaches you how to embrace your inner child, heal from past trauma, and live a life of joy. It’s for people who have been sexually abused or otherwise traumatized as children, but it also helps anyone who wants to improve their relationships with others and themselves. You learn how to love yourself again after being abused by other people or by the abuse you did to yourself. It’s about learning how to be happy again after years of feeling sad, anxious, depressed. This book leans on my first book Finding Your Own Voice, which was the first book I ever wrote. Here I dive even deeper. It’s raw, honest and intended for you to learn, heal and shake off the past!

I want you to know abuse is never okay – EVER! And I promise you, God will NOT let the abuser get by with it. God’s love for you is so deep and so intense, that the pain you experience, He experiences. When you cry, He cries. When you hurt, He hurts. He knows your pain and suffering is very real and very damaging. God has a lot to say about verbal, physical, mental, financial and sexual abuse. After reading this book you will know beyond a shadow of a doubt that God has a zero tolerance for abuse. In fact, over 1000 Scriptures talk about abuse. He wants you to know that regardless of what you’ve been told or shamed into believing, God does not condone abuse ever. And God Himself says it’s not okay – ever! I know you will cherish the precious words of God as He reveals His heart to you throughout this book. As a result, readings and meditating on the Scriptures in this book, you will experience total freedom and lasting joy. And that freedom is the most wonderful thing you will ever experience – I promise! God sees your pain. T here is not one tear shed that He doesn’t see. Not one hurt or pain that doesn’t go unnoticed. Not one violent act that hasn’t been recorded. God Himself says that He will wipe away every tear. He will not send someone to wipe your tears … He will wipe away every tear Himself. He says that there will be no more mourning, no more sorrow and no more pain. He says He will make everything brand new. God is devastated by the abuse done to you. He is not only devastated by it, but feels the pain you’ve felt. There is a Greek word, “splagchnizomai” that is used in conjunction with the compassion of Jesus. Whenever Jesus was going to heal someone, this word is used. The best way to describe this word would be Jesus actually enters into the pain someone is suffering. His love is so deep that He actually experiences the same identical pain or emotion we feel. He was so deeply moved with compassion that their pain is His pain, and through that deep level of compassion He is able to heal. This is what Jesus is doing with you this very moment. As He sees your tears and witnesses the abuse done to you – it is equivalent to the abuser abusing Jesus. He feels your pain fully, and He is devastated by it. No one can ever really understand the pain we feel, even someone who has endured the same abuse – but the Almighty God does. He sees your hurts, your pain, the sorrow and He says, He is coming and He will take it away. Did you ever cry out to God begging, pleading, wishing He’d help, intervene? He promises that by no means will He let the guilty go unpunished. There is no wrong done by an unrepentant sinner that will be erased. Everyone who has wronged you, will be held accountable for all that has been done to you. This promise book has been created to introduce you to my God, the God of Justice and the God of Protection.

Being abused doesn’t mean that you give up on “You” Being abused doesn’t mean that you should give up on yourself. There is hope for you even if you don’t see it. In the midst of each and every one of your trials, continue to believe in yourself. No matter how cold and harsh the words may be, my prayers are sent out for a better and brighter day for thee. Never give up on your hopes and dreams, and soon the sun will begin to shine brighter so that a breakthrough you will be able to see. Hold on just a little while longer. Every ounce of hope makes you stronger. You’re not alone, I’ve been there too. That is the reason that my prayers will soon come through to you. I held on to my dignity no matter how my heart was wounded. I pray that there is a blessing in the midst of your storm. I pray that your life will be at peace and that your heart will be calm. No matter what you do, never give up. I pray that God will soon step in and fill your cup. It took me about twenty five years to take my life back and not allow anyone to abuse or treat me that way again. I know about the pain that is in your heart. I realized that I was better than the way that I was being treated. I learned the real meaning of self love; which is the greatest love of all other than the love of God. Now I pour my heart out to you, to be a blessing and to uplift your heart, mind and soul. Even after all of your pain you can still make it. You too, can use your trials to be a blessing to others. How many times have you heard the quote "Love heals everything" or "Love is the only hope in life" or something similar to those lines? When you look around you, you see all these people happily in love and singing poems about the wonders of love. And then you are confused why you are not able to feel anything on those lines. All you feel is a pit in your stomach, a sense of fear and of always being on edge, but all you did was love, right? You did or are doing everything right, yet this "love" does not seem to be magical or does not seem to be healing you; rather, it appears to be destroying you by driving you crazy, and you notice that you have changed not for good. My first book on Narcissistic abuse was published in October 2018, and I started writing it, just to share what had helped me after I left my husband after 10 years of emotional abuse. I had been researching a lot on the subject and found some great books online however I just wanted to share the scriptures and prayer plan that had helped me and a few women in my close circle, to get over our terrible experiences. Even though I had been divorced for 3 years at the time I wrote the book, I didn't feel ready to share my personal story. In this book, I will share parts of my story, not because I want to prove a point of how much I suffered, but I realize that survivors of psychological abuse share the same fears, and the purpose of my writing this book, is to hold your hand and give you the courage to face yours as I still do every single day to this very day. Love, for sure, heals and is magical but only when done in the right manner. In the name of love, people can be poisonous and damage even the strongest souls. It is for this reason that love with a narcissist is bad because it is the wrong type of love. A narcissist does not understand love the way normal people understand it. Narcissistic abuse is high on the ranks of toxic forms of love. It damages and destroys the soul like no other, completely changing the way you look at yourself. It rips your soul apart and causes destruction. And that is the biggest danger because no matter how the world looks at you, once your idea of yourself changes, then the damage is done. In this book, you will be taken on a journey of healing by understanding the various forms of abuse, the ways to heal, and finally, the ways to find closure. If you are not the victim who is reading this but know someone who may be in the situation, then this book will help you empathize with the victim and help them deal with their situation.
