The dissertation is partly based on my experience as a leader where I have learnt the necessary skills and attributes through various leadership courses I have attended. I was a leader for thirty years, starting my career from a position of production technician to production manager and from a sales executive to sales manager and general manager and, lately, as CEO of a listed company.
