The footprint of my personal Testimony was just beginning! I was working at a job that wasn’t footing the bill. My life was in a pivot, I had to decide what I was gonna do in my hardship. This part of the story took flight in 1995. I was beautiful, young, addictive! I knew my potential! So I eventually linked up with Malik and not only was he a leading man in my life, he was my best friend! We were set up with The touch of The Most High as destiny was leading, unknowingly! I was heading into a new world that I adapted to like the back of my hand! The fast life and all of its perks on our level of hustle. I was raised and developed in street codes of honor. Trust with the heart of loyalty was key! A trail of love, lust, hope and failures. I endured abuse on most levels of rage, it was insane to me! A crack cocaine induced network that exploded! Our life was being positioned to escalate and in forgiveness as well as in our finances! My attitude gets spicy in developing a character of who I was and had become. Walla! I went from an expected end to an unexpected end of situations! A story of hustle and intelligence rocked this boat! Pivots followed pivots! As this Testimony is consistent with a thread of heart and becomes revealed…as this too shall pass! The word of laws and commandments became a portal of new commitment!

Drawing upon the centuries-old relationships established in Chinese Medicine between emotions and physical disorders, Pablo Noriega shows how to use a person’s descriptions of their complaints and chronic conditions combined with Flower-type personality traits to diagnose which flower essence to prescribe in each unique case. The author includes a full primer on Chinese Medicine, exploring in detail the main principles: Yin and Yang; the Five Elements and their associated Organs; Blood and Energy; the Virtues, the behaviors that can strengthen the Elements; and the Psyches, the energetic spirit of each Organ. He reveals the direct correspondences between specific emotions, symptoms, and regions of the body and how the Flowers help regulate Spirit and work on the emotional foundations of many common chronic disorders. Providing detailed profiles about each of the original 38 Bach flower remedies according to Chinese Medicine, Noriega explains how to prescribe flower essences for prevention of predisposed conditions, for healing of acute and chronic ailments, and for disorders that arise from stagnant energy and yin-yang imbalances. "As the world's most comprehensive and deeply researched system of alternative and complementary medicine, Chinese medicine enjoys a large following in scientifically developed communities. Yet its concepts and principles have been shrouded in mystery and obscure language. This path-breaking book strips this ancient science of its mystique and metaphysical pretentions and interprets it to strike common ground with biomedical science. Concepts like qi and meridians are interpreted not as physical entities, but as constructs to facilitate diagnosis and therapy using heuristic models. Written for medical professionals, philosophers of medicine and discerning readers interested in holistic therapies, the book offers a unique perspective of Chinese medicine in an advanced biomedical world. It has practical chapters on cardiovascular disease, irritable bowel syndrome and cancer, and a compilation of Chinese herbs. This second edition of the acclaimed Theory of Chinese Medicine has new material on chronic diseases and the intriguing possible convergence of biomedicine and TCM."--
