It is based on inspirational instruction and research into the many aspects of colour in light, material and decor. It offers the reader a variety of methods in the use of colour and even choosing just one aspect you can help to improve your knowledge of yourself and your progress in life. The only suggestion I will make to you is that unless you try it, you won't know!
