A painting book inspired by the characters from Heinrich Hoffmann's Struwwelpeter. Instructions are printed on one of the loose leaves, which also bears the publishers' imprint. Title from the onlay on the envelope. The band around the outlines is fastened with a blue sticker with the logo of the London publisher Humphrey Milford. Publication date inferred from the records for children's books co-published by these two firms in the British Library Catalogue to 1975, most of which date from the second decade of this century.
