Each drill takes up an entire page.Rhythm and Speed Drills are three- or four-stroke drills that you repeat over and over. In this example, the first stroke requires the first and fourth fingers to stretch up for the F and the T while the two middle fingers reach down for the B and the G. The second stroke is the exact opposite.Not all Dexterity Drills are exact opposites, but they are designed to be "finger twisters."
