Pillsbury, Collector of Taxes for the town of Concord, for the year 1951, asking allowance for sundry taxes remaining upon his list, which he has advanced the town, but has hitherto been unable to collect and from evidence deduced, we recommend an allowance of the following list, beginning with John D. Davis and ending with Charles E. West, amounting to fifty-six dollars eighty-four cents, and such allowance being made, shall constitute a final settlement of his account as Collector for that year, leaving a balance due the town (city) of ninety eight dollars forty cents for which results, we refer to statement A herewith submitted. We ask leave further to state, that as a final result of our investigation of the outstanding accounts against the town in connection with John C. Pillsbury, late acting Treasurer, we find a balance due him of fifty dollars forty-nine cents, which will more fully appear by reference to statement B hereto annexed.
