The Rowers' Code Leadership Workbook is the companion piece to the Rowers’ Code book. It includes eight workshop modules, starting with Culture and Values, and covering all seven principles of the Rowers’ Code. The Rowers’ Code Leadership Program can work by itself or in conjunction with the Rowers’ Code Team Building Program. The Rowers' Code's leadership and team development programs use the metaphor of rowing to align teams and influence change by creating a “ONE BOAT” culture which is purpose-driven.
