Con firmed the alteration Oi the Memorandum of Association upon a resolution In the following terms That the memorandum and articles of association be altered SO as to enlarge the company's operations within the British Dominions beyond the colony Of Queensland, and that the directors Of the company be empowered to carry same into effect, and to alter the articles Of association accordingly; and that the memorandum Of association be altered by the insertion Of the following paragraph: To carry on business in any part or parts of the British Dominions out side the limits Oi the Colony Of Queensland, and for that purpose to establish and cause to be kept branch registers Of shareholders, and to appoint a local agent or agents in any such place or places, and to take such steps as may be necessary to give the company the same rights and privileges in any part of the British Dominions as are possessed by local companies of a similar nature.
