This publication contains the text of the following recent human rights treaties in a user-friendly format: the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and its Optional Protocol; and the International Convention for the Protection of all Persons from Enforced Disappearance. Every state in the world has undertaken human rights obligations on the basis of UN treaties.
