This story has been with me for a long time—what the Israelite had to do until Jesus Christ became the sacrifice for us. There were cattlemen or ranchers who provide animals for food and wool, so this is one of those stories about a family that provided animals to the city for food and the story of a young lad wanting to do the L-rd G-d’s work while he was on this earth. He became a rabbi and had a family that became a doctor and rabbi and a housewife who solves mysteries and loves mankind. Please note that the words L-rd and G-d or L-rd G-d has the O missing because this is a story about the Jewish religion, so I give respect to their tradition of leaving the O out of the spelling of these words. I am a Gentile and practice the Protestant form of religion and have no Israelite blood or Jewish blood in my veins other than the gaffing into the vine by the blood that was shed on the cross of Calvary. Anything that you find that is not right, it is an error on the part of the author, for I have only the King James Bible and what I glean from the internet websites and the books in my library and the power of the Lord Jesus Christ through the Holy Spirit to guide me. This is where this information came from. Any name or names that is used in this book is made up to match a person or persons it is assigned to and given as a connection to any person, living or dead, for this is a work of fiction and has nothing to do with any family, living or dead, with these names or that time period.

No one theory of time is pursued in the essays of this volume, but a major theme that threads them together is Wolfson’s signature idea of the timeswerve as a linear circularity or a circular linearity, expressions that are meant to avoid the conventional split between the two temporal modalities of the line and the circle.

The relationships, past and present, between Jews and the political left remain of abiding interest to both the academic community and the public. Jews and Leftist Politics contains new and insightful chapters from world-renowned scholars and considers such matters as the political implications of Judaism; the relationships of leftists and Jews; the histories of Jews on the left in Europe, the United States, and Israel; contemporary anti-Zionism; the associations between specific Jews and Communist parties; and the importance of gendered perspectives. It also contains fresh studies of canonical figures, including Gershom Scholem, Gustav Landauer, and Martin Buber, and examines the affiliations of Jews to prominent institutions, calling into question previous widely held assumptions. The volume is characterized by judicious appraisals made by respected authorities, and sheds considerable light on contentious themes.
