If I had something as helpful as this guide I may had an easier time and known what better to expect; maybe I wouldn't have been reverted or sent to RAMP. Whether you want to make the Coast Guard a career, join for the benefits, or learn a new skill, boot camp is your first challenge. By studying this guide in it's entirety, you will be better prepared and come into Training Center Cape May with an edge over everyone else. With less time worrying about your required knowledge you can focus more time on becoming a better recruit so you can eventually become a Coast Guardsman.
