"This document describes the fiscal and programmatic activities of The Alaska Clean Water Fund during State fiscal year 1989 (7/1/88 - 6/30/89). As this is, the first year of the fund's administration, the report is limited in scope. Although the purpose of this document is to report the activities of the Fund from the date of the State's capitalization grant (11/30/88) to the end of the State Fiscal year (6/30/89), many of the goals which the State identified in its Intended Use Plan for the first year of capitalization (11/30/88 - 11/30/89) will not transpire until the last two months of the capitalization year.
