A Série Universitária foi desenvolvida pelo Senac São Paulo com o intuito de preparar profissionais para o mercado de trabalho. Os títulos abrangem diversas áreas, abordando desde conhecimentos teóricos e práticos adequados às exigências profissionais até a formação ética e sólida. Este livro faz uma análise geral sobre a presença das tecnologias em atividades cotidianas, focando seu uso na educação, de forma integrada ao currículo. Dividido em oito capítulos, apresenta como principais objetivos: refletir sobre a relação existente entre as tecnologias digitais de informação e comunicação e a educação na sociedade atual; e discutir a visão desmistificada e abrangente do potencial de aplicação das tecnologias interativas na educação a partir da apresentação e da análise de seus recursos e ferramentas, a fim de compreender os impactos das tecnologias nos processos de ensino-aprendizagem.

This book presents high-quality, peer-reviewed papers from the International Conference in Information Technology & Education (ICITED 2021), to be held at the ESPM – Higher School of Advertising and Marketing, Sao Paulo, Brazil, between the 15th and the 17th of July 2021. The book covers a specific field of knowledge. This intends to cover not only two fields of knowledge – Education and Technology – but also the interaction among them and the impact/result in the job market and organizations. This book constitutes the thoroughly refereed post-conference proceedings of the Second International Conference on Technology and Innovation in Learning, Teaching and Education, TECH-EDU 2020, held in Vila Real, Portugal, in December 2020. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the conference was held in a fully virtual format.
