This book is collection of poems written over a three year period with the addition of my favorite tea recipes. I believe in keeping my mind healthy by articulating as best I can the feelings and emotions that are going on at any given time. I believe in keeping my body healthy and sticking closely to a natural source as I can. It made sense to me to have a collection of both in one place.
