On présente les résultats de modélisation locale de l'écoulement co-courant de gaz et de liquide en canal rectangulaire et en conduite de section circulaire. Le modèle proposé rend compte de la structure cellulaire dans la phase liquide. La validation du modèle à partir des essais expérimentaux en canal rectangulaire et en conduite circulaire s'avère satisfaisante. L'étude asymptotique élaboré permet de générer le champ de l'écoulement secondaire et rend compte de son importance pour la compréhension locale de l'écoulement.
