Many Christians lack understanding of faith’s journey, how God’s soldiers are armored, and how to be prepared for spiritual warfare. Little knowledge in this area makes many go into battle unprepared, and they lose fight after fight. God’s soldiers are doing spiritual warfare with natural (fleshly) means, which causes them to be beaten and confused, and (as Job) they sit believing that God has forsaken them. This book is not a repeat of Storms Are Faith’s Workout: Preparing Christians for Spiritual Ambush. It will build upon the truths in that book to help strengthen God’s soldiers to go to battle dressed in the full armor of God. There are no shortcuts to overcoming in this life, and many obstacles must be faced. In the pages of this book, God’s soldiers will gain the understanding of how faith works and the necessity for God’s armor in facing whatever obstacle the devil has put in their path. When the book is finished, God’s soldiers will have confidence in God and in his armor. They will be emboldened to stand firm, confront any obstacle, and overcome it by faith!

Through different aspects of faith, this book will endeavor to encourage the downtrodden to rise above whatever storm or fiery dart of Satan is trying to engulf them. Whether we are facing sin, sickness, grief, financial difficulty, etc., it is the same principle of faith to disable the fiery darts. As we look around, we see some Christians overcoming whatever storm is flung at them, while others are being overcome by the storm. The severity of the storm is not the question--the question is, why do some overcome, and others go under? Whenever we confront a supernatural enemy in our flesh, we will lose the battle. If we confront in the supernatural armor of God, we will disable and quench the enemy's fiery darts. Supernatural faith happens when we are empowered through our union with Christ and draw our strength from the power and ability of God's strength. Supernatural faith disables, quenches, and annihilates all fiery darts of unbelief, doubt, fear, anxiety, sickness, disease, etc. When we stand in God's supernatural faith, his supernatural armor is indestructible and what He has promised will be manifested.

This book is meant to illuminate Godlike faith through defining it, giving clarification where it comes from, revealing how to walk in it, and divulging what it is capable of doing. God's soldiers must remember that we are in the army of the Lord. We are fighting a supernatural enemy bent on our destruction. Only Godlike faith knows that Satan has no authority or power over us. That knowledge equips us with the ability to overcome the satanic designs that are aimed at our destruction. However, many Christians are not walking in Godlike faith or living a victorious life in Christ. Many are overwhelmed by defeat and discouragement, and are allowing Satan to take authority or power that he does not have. It's time to walk in the truth that Christ took his authority and gave it to God's soldiers. As we learn to walk in the mind of Christ, we have Godlike faith that gives no place to Satan, his demons, or his diabolical plans to destroy us. By the time this book is read to the end, God's soldiers will take authority over all satanic designs, change the entailment, and live a victorious life through Godlike faith.

Christian, as you begin to understand why you seem to be losing battles because of making the wrong choices, you gain wisdom. This wisdom gives you the ability to know how to calm the inner battle, deny your flesh, and choose God’s will. Making the right choice between faith and unbelief takes an incredible determination to deny what you want. This can be most agonizing, but you are the one who chooses to obey God or self. That is the key to living in the promised land or the promises of God. Never forget that you’re in a war with an unrelenting enemy who works overtime to get you to yield to your flesh and not the Spirit. Never forget that you face a supernatural enemy who is unyielding in his vendetta to destroy your faith. This life is full of storms, obstacles, demonic strategies, Goliaths, etc. Unless you learn how to win the battle raging within between your flesh and Spirit, you will be overcome by Satan’s tactics. This book’s intention is to educate God’s soldiers on how to overcome the conflict of flesh and Spirit, win the inner battle of choice for the glory of God, and hear, “Well done, thou good and faithful servant!”

God's soldiers are under attack by Satan through sickness and disease. Many sit like Job with the mentality that God has forsaken them. Due to a lack of knowledge of what is included in the Atonement, some believe that their sickness and disease is the will of God. Why is there so little difficulty believing that we have freedom from sin's power in the Atonement, and so much controversy believing that it includes freedom from the power of sickness and disease? God has impressed my heart that his soldiers are settling for less than what he has promised in his word. Many are deficient in a knowledge of Scripture. Others have been taught wrong doctrine and are ignorant of God's promises (which belong to his children). This book is meant to give the understanding that it is God's will for us to recognize what the devil is doing and overcome his lies by faith. The Holy Spirit has been trying to set the captive free from sickness and disease, but wrong doctrine, misunderstanding of Scripture, and medical science have God's soldiers tormented by Satan's lies. This book addresses the devil's lies and is meant to once and for all set the captive free.
