This draft plan has been developed by the Pennsylvania Department of Aging with input from a wide range of individuals and organizations who serve and advocate on behalf of older adults. The plan was compiled with input from the Pennsylvania Council on Aging, the state's network of 52 local Area Agencies on Aging, participating in a series of 10 Town Meetings, and staff from within the Department of Aging. Chapters: an overview of Pennsylvania's elderly population; Pennsylvania's Aging Services Network; development of the State Plan; State Plan priorities; and intrastate funding formula.
