Margo Sinclair has lived for centuries, cursed with immortality after an ancient ritual went wrong. Once a revered Elydian Queen, now she is a mysterious figure lurking in the shadows of high society-wealthy, powerful, and untouchable. With a heart hardened by centuries of loss, Margo has one rule: never get close to anyone. Mortals are fleeting, destined to die, leaving her alone every time. To distract herself from the loneliness that gnaws at her soul, Margo has taken up a dark hobby-hunting and eliminating criminals and society's lowest scum, dispensing her brand of justice in the shadows. It's the only thing that gives distraction, allowing her to channel her centuries of anger and frustration. But when Margo meets Aveline, a resilient and unapologetic sex worker shunned by society, her carefully constructed walls begin to crack. Aveline is everything Margo isn't-fearless in her vulnerability, living life with a boldness Margo has long forgotten. Drawn to her in ways she can't explain, Margo faces a dilemma: stay distant and continue her endless, empty existence, or risk the agony of loss for a love that could finally make her feel alive again. As Margo grapples with her growing connection to Aveline, she must confront the demons of her past and the question that haunts her immortality: Is love worth the pain of inevitable loss? And can someone who has only known solitude truly open her heart when eternity is the price?

Most of the many books about David Bowie track his artistic 'changes' chronologically throughout his career. This book, uniquely, examines Bowie's 'sameness': his recurring themes, images, motifs and concepts as an artist, across all his creative work, from lyrics and music through to costumes, storyboards, films, plays and painting. To be published on Bowie's 70th birthday, Forever Stardust looks at Bowie's work not as a linear evolution through calendar time, to his tragic death in January 2016, but as a matrix, a dialogue, a network of ideas that echo back and forth across the five decades of his career, interacting with each other and with the surrounding culture. It explores Bowie's creative output as a whole, tracing the repetitions and obsessions that structure his work, discovering what they tell us about Bowie in all his forms, from Ziggy Stardust to David Jones.David Bowie challenged cultural expectations from the early 1970s until his final masterpiece, Blackstar. Forever Stardust offers a new understanding of this remarkable & significant artist.

‘Interlude’ is an attempt at going all the way and letting the imagination run wild in response to whatever life throws at us. It is an attempt at exploring the thoughts that engulf and emotions that overwhelm. Some of these poems were surprisingly, ahead of their times. While the whole world was unsure of what was to come next, I decided to go for a quick walk and savor the old world for one last time before it changes completely. Stories, anecdotes and passages in the form of a verse on rhyme and meter, in the form of songs and alliterations or in the form of a verse as free as the birds uncaged into the sky, this is a collection of poems from the time when life is explored with passion, zeal, honesty and an unwavering dissent. Compiled at the time when the whole planet was locked down, this is my interlude between the old world and the new.
