These reports present in a single, comprehensive series all those decisions of ICSID tribunals that are in the public domain, as well as the decisions of national courts relating to such proceedings. Volume 1 includes basic texts plus awards and decisions in the period 1972 to 1981. Volume 2 deals with the years from 1981 to 1983. Volume 3: 1983 to the 1990s. The ICSID Reports provide the only comprehensive collection of the decisions of arbitral tribunals and ad hoc committees established under the auspices of the World Bank's International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes.
