Collie, shepherd, and other dogs imported into the United States from any part of the world except Canada. Mexico, countries of Cen tral America, and the West Indies, and which are to be used in the handling of sheep or other livestock shall be inspected and quarantined at the port of entry for a sufficient time to determine their freedom from the tapeworm (taenia co'nurus), and if found infested with such tapeworm they shall be properly treated under the supervision Of an inspector to free them from such tapeworm infestation.
