For me, this book isnt life described through one mind, but hundreds. It is a collection of evidence from great books and people through the ages. I enjoyed reading it as it is detailed but not difficult to understand. It has added depth to my knowledge and understanding of most things and is therefore a must read for anyone looking to learn (Jessica Spigler).

So many women who do everything right to stay healthy still wind up with breast cancer, heart disease, or osteoporosis. In The Fragile Wisdom, Grazyna Jasienska provides an evolutionary perspective on the puzzle of why disease prevention among women is so frustratingly difficult.
