Frank is in a bank queue when he looks up into the face of the most gorgeous lady he had ever seen. She smiles at him but it only lasts a few moments as the queue moves. Thinking so much about Sandy (he named her after her hair colour) he allowed himself to be pushed towards a gutter at a corner and fell, breaking his wrist. He and his work mate, Jim, have women on their minds. In the mean time Sandy has posed for some photos to be published and presented in the Sunday paper. Frank sees the photos and tries to get information but it is not forthcoming. Jim draws Frank’s attention to an ad in a suburban paper. There is to be a writers’ meeting.
