Higher education is a high stakes process involving engagement with curricula and often entails coping with the onslaught of assessments and examinations. Este libro es producto de una praxis implicada en el hacer psicosocial comunitario en salud, e integra temas, problemas, métodos y técnicas de recortes investigativos de proyectos UBACyT. Desde las perspectivas de la Epidemiología Crítica, las teorías de género y subjetividad y sus mediaciones, abordamos los contextos críticos en salud; los territorios y las narrativas de Salud Mental; la participación y los movimientos sociales; las condiciones de trabajo; las representaciones y las identidades profesionales; el Síndrome de Burnout y las estrategias de prevención en trabajadores de la salud, bancarios y subterráneos; las vulnerabilidades y los proyectos de infancias y adolescencias; y los dispositivos de acción transformadora en Prevención y Promoción de la Salud. Como colectivo universitario entendemos la investigación como una hermenéutica crítica de los saberes y haceres en salud en sus dimensiones sociohistóricas y emancipatorias. Proponemos categorías de análisis sobre representaciones y prácticas sociales que interpelan al pragmatismo de la gestión de riesgos y daños descontextualizados.
