At these meetings papers are read (frequently illustrated by stereopticon views), and coins and objects of antiquarian interest exhibited. The Proceedings are published every third year. Resident members pay an initiation fee of $5 and an annual contribution fee of $5. The latter is due on the first of January of each year.
