The major topics in this volume are electroweak physics (including LEP physics and radiative corrections), CP violation and lepton number nonconservation, and neutrino physics and astroparticle physics. Proceedings of the Third International Conference on B Physics and CP Violation, held in Taipei, Taiwan, December 3-7, 1999. The main focus of the conference was to discuss the state of the art and future prospects of the field, at a high technical level. The fifth conference is to be held in May 2002 in Philadelphia. The Fourth took place in Central Japan in February 2001.zation.

The objective of this workshop series is to assess the status of work attempting to identify what constitutes dark matter - in particular, to consider the techniques being used, how successful they are, and what new techniques are likely to improve prospects for identifying likely dark matter candidates in the future.

The determination of the mass density in the Universe covered a wide range of topics from the Large Scale Structures to the Supernovae Cosmology project.Each main subject was introduced by a comprehensive review. The study of the origin and composition of cosmic rays is inspiring a new generation of earth- and space-based experiments.
