C., June 25th and 26th, 1885; Together With the by-Laws of the Company The stockholders meet pursuant to adjournment. The committee to wait upon the proxy committee reports that the chairman of said committee states that they Will not be prepared to report this evening. J. B. Batchelor moved that the committee be requested to make a partial report immediately. Washington Bryan moved that the chair appoint a committee of the stockholders to assist in obtaining a report. Carried. Messrs. F. H. Busbee, J. J. Wolfenden and L. Harvey were appointed. C. Manly, Esq., upon the part of the proxy committee, stated to the meeting that they had been laboring hard in almost continuous session to prepare their report, and would finish in one hour.4 Mr. Busbee moved to adjourn for one hour.
