This is an open access book. International Science and Culture Center for Academic Contacts (ISCCAC) is pleased to announce The 3rd International Conference on Language, Communication and Culture Studies (ICLCCS 2022). The conference was held on August 12-13, 2022. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the conference was held in on-line format. ICLCCS 2022 covers a number of problems, such as: prospects for the development of linguistics, modern approaches and topical issues of teaching foreign languages, information technologies as a medium of language existence, language as the means of intercultural communication, problems of modern translation studies and other topical issues in the interrelated fields of language, communication and culture.

This book contains the proceedings of the 3rd International Conference on New Media Development and Modernized Education (NMDME 2023) which was held in a hybrid form from October 13th to 15th, 2023. The conference topics include Educational Sciences, Innovative Applications of Teaching Technology, Modernized Vocational Education, Digital Media Technology, Digital Media Technology and Applications, Virtual Technology and Intelligent Media Communication, Computational Communication, and Smart Media. The conference provided a platform for discussing scientific research findings and cutting-edge technologies in the fields of new media development and modernized education to encourage collaboration in the industrialization of academic achievements. We invited specialists and intellectuals to attend the conference, sharing their excellent contributions and perspectives in the speeches. We hope that the scientific attitudes and skills developed through research will encourage scholars worldwide to contribute to the development of knowledge generated by research. It is undeniable that the results of research and learning of language, literature and culture at this time were a bit hindered because most activities were carried out from home. As an investment, culture also requires strategies and enablers so that it is able to achieve the target of the happiness and welfare of the Indonesian people. This strategy is implemented through providing for a diversity of cultural expressions, developing cultural practices, utilizing cultural promotion objects, accelerating institutional reform, and increasing the government’s role as a facilitator. Teaching issues, especially teaching methods of language, literature and culture, need to be highlighted in terms of IT-based innovation and creativity after Covid-19. The theme of the conference is "Reconstructing Morals, Education, and Social Sciences for Achieving Sustainable Development Goals". This theme was formulated due to several considerations. First, the symptoms of moral decline that have the potential to destroy the nation. Morals guide humanity towards truth and civilization. The phenomenon of the dehumanization process in the industrial era that pushed people to be part of abstract societies tends to ignore humanity. The education process as a humanitarian system is increasingly marginalized, especially during discussions about the industrial revolution 4.0 and Society 5.0. The conference placed six sub-themes for speakers and participants to share ideas, namely: Social Sciences and Laws, History and Cultural Studies, Interdisciplinary Studies, Morals and Humanities, Policy, Politics, and Communication, Education. The committee has received 195 abstracts from prospective speakers. However, there are only 80 abstracts that are eligible to be presented at this conference.
