This is an open access book.The 3rd International Conference on Management Science and Software Engineering (ICMSSE 2023) is to be held on July 21-23, 2023 at Qingdao, China. ICMSSE is China's annual conference since 2021. It was held in Chengdu, Chongqing from 2021 to 2022. Every year, there are many attendees from Asia, Europe, America, etc., and quite a few well-known experts give plenary speeches. Management science and engineering is a discipline that comprehensively uses systems science, management science, mathematics, economics and behavioral science and engineering methods, combined with information technology to study and solve management problems in society, economy, engineering and other aspects. This book presents the editor's recently proposed mathematical models for flux prediction in membrane filtration. It also provides typical mathematical models used in the development of membrane fouling control and explains the step-by-step derivation of these models. The book then highlights how these mathematical models provide insights into the mechanisms of membrane fouling and cleaning to allow for a better understanding of the complete membrane filtration process. Worldwide deterioration of environment and global warming threaten our lifestyle and the survival of all creatures. In order to weather these problems, we need to construct a multidisciplinary approach involving the fusion of various advanced researches. The book begins with an overview on fundamental research about generation and utilization of renewable energy, protection of the earth's ecosystem for better coexistence with nature, development of artificial intelligence-based agriculture and molecular recognitionbased welfare and covers a wide range of innovative research on green science and technology.

This framework presents ten interrelated principles/elements to guide Sustainable Agricultural Mechanization in Africa (SAMA). Further, it presents the technical issues to be considered under SAMA and the options to be analysed at the country and sub regional levels. The ten key elements required in a framework for SAMA are as follows: The analysis in the framework calls for a specific approach, involving learning from other parts of the world where significant transformation of the agricultural mechanization sector has already occurred within a three-to-four decade time frame, and developing policies and programmes to realize Africa’s aspirations of Zero Hunger by 2025. This approach entails the identification and prioritization of relevant and interrelated elements to help countries develop strategies and practical development plans that create synergies in line with their agricultural transformation plans. Given the unique characteristics of each country and the diverse needs of Africa due to the ecological heterogeneity and the wide range of farm sizes, the framework avoids being prescriptive.

This book brings together five topics on the application of Boolean functions. They are 1. Equivalence classes of Boolean functions: The number of n-variable functions is large, even for values as small as n = 6, and there has been much research on classifying functions. There are many classifications, each with their own distinct merit. 2. Boolean functions for cryptography: The process of encrypting/decrypting plaintext messages often depends on Boolean functions with specific properties. For example, highly nonlinear functions are valued because they are less susceptible to linear attacks. 3. Boolean differential calculus: An operation analogous to taking the derivative of a real-valued function offers important insight into the properties of Boolean functions. One can determine tests or susceptibility to hazards. 4. Reversible logic: Most logic functions are irreversible; it is impossible to reconstruct the input, given the output. However, Boolean functions that are reversible are necessary for quantum computing, and hold significant promise for low-power computing. 5. Data mining: The process of extracting subtle patterns from enormous amounts of data has benefited from the use of a graph-based representation of Boolean functions. This has use in surveillance, fraud detection, scientific discovery including bio-informatics, genetics, medicine, and education.
