I focus on dropping weight as part of a clean diet so I will support your healthy aims and help you identify the elements of clean eating that may be holding your weight loss back. My recipes are deliberately simple so you can use them every day. No long ingredients lists or complicated food prep. This book is about Soups and Salads. To give you a flavour (lot's, actually) of the recipes in the second half of this book, we have: A clean and lean Caesar Salad. Yes, that favourite but leaned up so you can eat it and lose weight Chinese chicken, green mango and mint salad. You can also serve this one hot and ot would make a great summer supper or for entertaining. I am about food that does not ake you a freak and I expect you to be doing more with life as you adopt my programme, not hiding under a duvet for the rest of your life. Turkey and broccoli salad with gremolata. Gremolata is just a posh name for a citrusy, herby dressing. The turkey in this recipe contains tryptophan, which keeps you calm and centred. The broccoli helps your liver detox and as a result, gives your skin that glows. That's a much better look than sad and starving, don't you think? Courgette and white bean soup. Imagine having a bowl of this handmade soup (don't worry, it only takes 5 minutes to make - literally) for lunch. How much better than a shop bought sandwich in a packet. Mexican pinto bean soup with avocado salsa. If you take this one to work, your colleagues will be jealous!
