This is a draft environmental impact statement for the proposed Port of the Americas. The Puerto Rico Infrastructure Financing Authority is proposing the development of the Port of the Americas which consist of the construction of transshipment port facilities in the bays of Guayanilla and Ponce and in Peñuelas.
