The details of the agreement between the State of Alaska, Dept. of Fish and Game and the Alaska Power Authority to conduct fish and wildlife studies for feasibility studies for the Susitna Hydroelectric Project.

This collection contains reports originally released separately between 1952 and 1965 that describe fish and wildlife species in the Susitna River basin and its tributaries. The studies in these reports were conducted by Alaska offices of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service in response to potential hydropower development in the upper Susitna River basin. These reports are listed in a bibliography (appearing on p. 221-222 in an unidentified report), and most appear listed in the preface of the 1965 report. These bibliographies list one additional report from 1954 not found for inclusion in this collection.
