We are commanded to consider them, to talk Of them, to declare them to others, as well as to rejoice in them ourselves. When Paul and Bar nabas returned to Antioch, we are told that they gathered the Church together, and rehearsed all that God had done with them, and how he had Opened the door of faith unto the Gentiles. The words of the beloved Physician are very suggestive. When doors are Opened that before were closed, it is surely a matter of great rejoicing. The object Of these pages is twofold, - viz., to recognise the present work OF god in our city, and to extend the knowledge of it here and elsewhere.
