The book is structured in two parts as follows:- in the first part, the theory of paradoxism through its first six published worldwidemanifestos (1983-2010);- in the second part, the paradoxism collected from the international (English, French,Spanish/Arabic, and Romanian) folklore in images and paradoxist situations.PARADOXISM is an avant-garde movement in literature, art, philosophy, science, based onexcessive use of antitheses, antinomies, contradictions, parables, odds, anti-clichés, deviations of senses,against-the-grain speech, nonsense, paraphrases, oxymorons, inversions, digressions, paradoxes,semiparadoxes, etc. in creations.It was set up and led by the writer Florentin Smarandache since 1980's, who said: "The goal is toenlargement of the artistic sphere through non-artistic elements. But especially the counter-time,counter-sense creation. Also, to experiment."

The main objective of this special issue is to divulge the applicability of the Neutrosophic Theory and to explore the possibilities and advantages of neutrosophic tools, through both the presentation of thorough research and case studies in solving social problems in Latin America. The best presentations discussed at the III International Congress of Educational Research and University Innovation, turned into papers, show us the capacity for socialization of neutrosophic knowledge and its link with this science of validation and consolidation of scientific knowledge. This publication with authors from 11 countries that we place in the hands of the international scientific community, constitutes an example of how in Latin America the Neutrosophy is contributing to complex solutions based on the results of scientific research carried out by teachers and students committed to the social responsibility of continuing to progress for the benefit of humanity.

Paradoxes emerge everywhere in organizational theory and management practice. This book is a theoretically grounded presentation of the strategic and historical context of organizational paradoxes, exploring the paradoxes in organizational management and the available tactics to manage them. Based on 700 academic sources in the paradox literature, it presents paradox management as a nuanced and coherent perspective. In presenting and integrating the vast literature on the subject, it contributes new knowledge on how and why the paradox concept was introduced into management theory, how and why conflicting ideals of management can produce organizational contradictions, and how paradoxes can be managed.
