Neutrosophic set (NS) theory was originally established by Smarandache for handling indeterminate and inconsistent information.

Recently, various types of single valued neutrosophic (SVN) rough set models were presented based on the same inclusion relation. However, there is another SVN inclusion relation in SVN sets. In this paper, we propose a new type of SVN covering rough set model based on the new inclusion relation.

(Fuzzy) rough sets are closely related to (fuzzy) topologies. Neutrosophic rough sets and neutrosophic topologies are extensions of (fuzzy) rough sets and (fuzzy) topologies, respectively. In this paper, a new type of neutrosophic rough sets is presented, and the basic properties and the relationships to neutrosophic topology are discussed.

This book addresses single-valued neutrosophic graphs and their applications. In addition, it introduces readers to a number of central concepts, including certain types of single-valued neutrosophic graphs, energy of single-valued neutrosophic graphs, bipolar single-valued neutrosophic planar graphs, isomorphism of intuitionistic single-valued neutrosophic soft graphs, and single-valued neutrosophic soft rough graphs. Divided into eight chapters, the book seeks to remedy the lack of a mathematical approach to indeterminate and inconsistent information. Chap. 1 presents a concise review of single-valued neutrosophic sets, while Chap. 2 explains the notion of neutrosophic graph structures and explores selected properties of neutrosophic graph structures. Chap. 3 discusses specific bipolar neutrosophic graphs. Chap. 4 highlights the concept of interval-valued neutrosophic graphs, while Chap. 5 presents certain notions concerning interval-valued neutrosophic graph structures. Chap. 6 addresses the concepts of rough neutrosophic digraphs and neutrosophic rough digraphs. Chap. 7 focuses on the concepts of neutrosophic soft graphs and intuitionistic neutrosophic soft graphs, before Chap. 8 rounds out the book by considering neutrosophic soft rough graphs.

The concepts of rough neutrosophic multisets can be easily extended to a relation, mainly since a relation is also a set, i.e. a subset of a Cartesian product. Therefore, the objective of this paper is to define the definition of rough neutrosophic multisets relation of Cartesian product over a universal set. Some of the relation properties of rough neutrosophic multisets such as max, min, the composition of two rough neutrosophic multisets relation, inverse rough neutrosophic multisets relation, and reflexive, symmetric and transitive rough neutrosophic multisets relation over the universe are defined. Subsequently, their properties are successfully proven. Finally, the application of rough neutrosophic multisets relation for decision making in marketing strategy is presented.

A rough neutrosophic set model is a hybrid model which deals with vagueness by using the lower and upper approximation spaces. In this research paper, we apply the concept of rough neutrosophic sets to graphs. We introduce rough neutrosophic digraphs and describe methods of their construction. Moreover, we present the concept of self complementary rough neutrosophic digraphs. Finally, we consider an application of rough neutrosophic digraphs in decision-making.

In this paper, we apply the notion of soft rough neutrosophic sets to graph theory. We develop certain new concepts, including soft rough neutrosophic graphs, soft rough neutrosophic influence graphs, soft rough neutrosophic influence cycles and soft rough neutrosophic influence trees. We illustrate these concepts with examples, and investigate some of their properties. We solve the decision-making problem by using our proposed algorithm.
