“No doubt it’s life” came into existence because of my interactions with the patients, who came to me for their physical pains showing symptoms of daily life anxiety and stress, claiming themselves to be depressed and feeling left out by their loved ones. Talking to them, knowing their thoughts and lack of attitude towards life because of certain misconceptions of their’s, made me realise the importance of counselling about things we somewhere down the line know very well still don’t understand how to inculcate them into our life principles.
