We’ve all seen bullies in action. Many of us have been the victims. Some of us have been the perpetrator. I think most of us have been bullied at one time in our life or another. I believe there were times we may not have realize we were being bullied! Re-read the bad feelings above and if you have done that to anyone you know, well maybe you need to tell them just how sorry you are! This goes for bosses also! Being a boss does not give you the right to be a bully! If you think you will get a better employee that way you are so wrong!
