The concept of the neutrosophic set was introduced by Smarandache; it is a mathematical tool for handling problems involving imprecise, indeterminacy and inconsistent data. The notion of pseudo-BCI algebra was introduced by Dudek and Jun; it is a kind of nonclassical logic algebra and has a close connection with various noncommutative fuzzy logics. In this paper, neutrosophic set theory is applied to pseudo-BCI algebras.

The notions of the neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy subalgebra and neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy filter in pseudo-BCI algebras are introduced, and some properties and equivalent conditions are investigated.

“Neutrosophic Sets and Systems” has been created for publications on advanced studies in neutrosophy, neutrosophic set, neutrosophic logic, neutrosophic probability, neutrosophic statistics that started in 1995 and their applications in any field, such as the neutrosophic structures developed in algebra, geometry, topology, etc.

The concept of a commutative generalized neutrosophic ideal in a BCK-algebra is proposed, and related properties are proved. Characterizations of a commutative generalized neutrosophic ideal are considered. Also, some equivalence relations on the family of all commutative generalized neutrosophic ideals in BCK-algebras are introduced, and some properties are investigated.

In the process of decision-making, decision-makers make decisions mostly according to information measures such as similarity, distance, entropy, and cross-entropy in order to choose the best one. However, we found that many researchers apply cross-entropy to multi-attribute decision-making according to the minimum principle, which is in accordance with the principle of distance measures.

The notions of the neutrosophic triplet and neutrosophic duplet were introduced by Florentin Smarandache. From the existing research results, the neutrosophic triplets and neutrosophic duplets are completely different from the classical algebra structures.
