National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Refractory Products Manufacturing (US Environmental Protection Agency Regulation) (EPA) (2018 Edition) The Law Library presents the complete text of the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Refractory Products Manufacturing (US Environmental Protection Agency Regulation) (EPA) (2018 Edition). Updated as of May 29, 2018 The EPA is taking direct final action on amendments to the national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants (NESHAP) for new and existing refractory products manufacturing facilities, which were promulgated on April 16, 2003, under section 112(d) of the Clean Air Act (CAA). The amendments clarify the testing and monitoring requirements and startup and shutdown requirements for batch processes, make certain technical corrections, and add recent changes to be consistent with the NESHAP General Provisions. This book contains: - The complete text of the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Refractory Products Manufacturing (US Environmental Protection Agency Regulation) (EPA) (2018 Edition) - A table of contents with the page number of each section

National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants - Area Source Standards for Paints and Allied Products Manufacturing (US Environmental Protection Agency Regulation) (EPA) (2018 Edition) The Law Library presents the complete text of the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants - Area Source Standards for Paints and Allied Products Manufacturing (US Environmental Protection Agency Regulation) (EPA) (2018 Edition). Updated as of May 29, 2018 EPA is issuing national emission standards for control of hazardous air pollutants (HAP) for the Paints and Allied Products Manufacturing area source category. The final rule establishes emission standards in the form of management practices for volatile HAP, and emission standards in the form of equipment standards for particulate HAP. The emissions standards for new and existing sources are based on EPA's determination as to what constitutes the generally available control technology or management practices (GACT) for the area source category. National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants - Miscellaneous Organic Chemical Manufacturing (US Environmental Protection Agency Regulation) (EPA) (2018 Edition) The Law Library presents the complete text of the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants - Miscellaneous Organic Chemical Manufacturing (US Environmental Protection Agency Regulation) (EPA) (2018 Edition). Updated as of May 29, 2018 On November 10, 2003, EPA promulgated national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants for miscellaneous organic chemical manufacturing. Several petitions for judicial review of the final rule were filed in the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. Petitioners expressed concern with various requirements in the final rule, including applicability of specific operations and processes, the leak detection and repair requirements for connectors, criteria to define affected wastewater streams requiring control, control requirements for wastewater streams that contain only soluble hazardous air pollutants, the definition of "process condensers," and recordkeeping requirements for Group 2 batch process vents. In this action, EPA amends the final rule to address these issues and to correct inconsistencies that have been discovered during the review process. National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants - Wool Fiberglass Manufacturing - Rotary Spin Lines Technology Review (US Environmental Protection Agency Regulation) (EPA) (2018 Edition) The Law Library presents the complete text of the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants - Wool Fiberglass Manufacturing - Rotary Spin Lines Technology Review (US Environmental Protection Agency Regulation) (EPA) (2018 Edition). Updated as of May 29, 2018 This action completes the final residual risk and technology reviews (RTR) that the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) conducted for the Wool Fiberglass Manufacturing source category regulated under the national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants (NESHAP). In this action, the EPA is readopting the existing emission limits for formaldehyde, establishing emission limits for methanol, and a work practice standard for phenol emissions from bonded rotary spin (RS) lines at wool fiberglass manufacturing facilities. In addition, the EPA is revising the emission standards promulgated on July 29, 2015, for flame attenuation (FA) lines at wool fiberglass manufacturing facilities by creating three subcategories of FA lines and establishing emission limits for formaldehyde and methanol emissions, and either emission limits or work practice standards for phenol emissions for each subcategory of FA lines.
