NATE-ISMS! is a compilation of words, phrases, and quotes that I have applied to my life in order to strengthen and encourage myself. NATE-ISMS! are statements that denote reflection, self-assessment, and reality. Even during general discussion you can experience a NATE-ISM! Any time you realize that you may need to change, or when a word or phrase sparks that change, that is what I call a NATE-ISM! I would like to take the time to share my ""lessons learned"" with you, so that growth and maturity are the ultimate goal. And that's a NATE-ISM!

This book contains the proceedings of two long-standing workshops: The 10th International Workshop on Business Process Modeling, Development and Support, BPMDS 2009, and the 14th International Conference on Exploring Modeling Methods for Systems Analysis and Design, EMMSAD 2009, held in connection with CAiSE 2009 in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, in June 2009. The 17 papers accepted for BPMDS 2009 were carefully reviewed and selected from 32 submissions. The topics addressed by the BPMDS workshop are business and goal-related drivers; model-driven process change; technological drivers and IT services; technological drivers and process mining; and compliance and awareness. Following an extensive review process, 16 papers out of 36 submissions were accepted for EMMSAD 2009. These papers cover the following topics: use of ontologies; UML and MDA; ORM and rule-oriented modeling; goal-oriented modeling; alignment and understandability; enterprise modeling; and patterns and anti-patterns in enterprise modeling.

The two-volume set LNAI 7802 and LNAI 7803 constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 5th Asian Conference on Intelligent Information and Database Systems, ACIIDS 2013, held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in March 2013. The 108 revised papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from numerous submissions. The papers included are grouped into topical sections on: innovations in intelligent computation and applications; intelligent database systems; intelligent information systems; tools and applications; intelligent recommender systems; multiple modal approach to machine learning; engineering knowledge and semantic systems; computational biology and bioinformatics; computational intelligence; modeling and optimization techniques in information systems, database systems and industrial systems; intelligent supply chains; applied data mining for semantic Web; semantic Web and ontology; integration of information systems; and conceptual modeling in advanced database systems.
