The Congressional Record began publication in 1873. Debates for sessions prior to 1873 are recorded in The Debates and Proceedings in the Congress of the United States (1789-1824), the Register of Debates in Congress (1824-1837), and the Congressional Globe (1833-1873)

Records of Montana Dept. of Planning and Economic Development. Records include minutes (July, 1967-June, 1972); and a report (1967) entitled "Organizational structure and functional purpose of the State Department of Planning and Economic Development" prepared by W.D. Diehl. Also included is a work plan (n.d.) for the Economic Development Association of Eastern Montana.

These Montana Department of Intergovernmental Relations, Economic Opportunity Division records consist of responses (1973) from other states to a survey questionnaire concerning state expenditure of Federal General Revenue Sharing funds.
