C., Oct. 17-19, 1928 In the absence of Revs W H Shaw and A B Moore, who was to preach the introductory sermon, Revs W G Flake and W H Home took seats on the rostrum to officiate. Rev Home lined hymn No. 248 C. M., Amazing sight the Saviour stands, etc. Rev Flake read the Scripture, Romans Prayer by Rev P P Pegues. Hymn 378, Oh for a heart to praise my God, etc. Rev Flake delivered the introductory sermon from the text. Ih the year that King Uzziah died I saw the Lord high and lifted up. Isaiah This was a wonderful ex postulation of Isaiah's Vision of God's greatness. The ser mon. Was delivered with much power and enthusiasm. The preacher also appealed to the ministers of Zion to go for ward for the Lord. A spiritual was sung, led by Rev Micheal. After which Rev A B Moore offered prayer.
