In this issue we will continue four lines of ministry. The first line--The History of the Lord's Recovery--begins a new book, The Apostles' Teaching, which is in volume 1 of The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1990. This line includes chapters 1 through 4, which cover the entire speaking of God in the New Testament concerning God's New Testament economy and the outpouring of the Holy Spirit for the baptizing of all the believers into one Body. The second line--Words for New Believers--contains chapters 54 through 57 of Crucial Truths in the Holy Scriptures, Volume 6, which are in volume 4 of The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1932–1949. These chapters cover the subjects of the world, sin, death and resurrection, and judgment. The third line--Maturing in Life--contains chapters 45 through 48 of The Kingdom, which are in volume 2 of The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1972. These chapters cover the kingdom revealed in Hebrews, the harvest of the kingdom in Revelation, different aspects of the kingdom, and life under the ruling of the kingdom. The fourth line--The High Peak of the Divine Revelation--continues with chapters 18 through 21 of Crystallization-study of the Epistle to the Romans, which are in volume 1 of The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1994–1997. These chapters cover the designation of Christ's humanity and the grace of God.

In this issue we will continue four lines of ministry. These chapters cover the history of the local churches.The second line--Words for New Believers--contains chapters 6 through 9 of The Basic Revelation in the Holy Scriptures, which are in volume 3 of The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1983. These chapters cover the kingdom and the New Jerusalem--the ultimate consummation.The third line--Maturing in Life--contains chapters 43 through 46 of Perfecting Training, which are in volume 1 of The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1980. These chapters cover the history of the flesh and the spirit in Romans 8:10, living Christ by remaining in the spirit, the residing Spirit--the ultimate expression of the Triune God, and the leading of the Spirit in Romans 8.The fourth line--The High Peak of the Divine Revelation--contains chapters 7 through 10 of The Triune God's Revelation and His Move, which are in volume 3 of The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1994–1997. These chapters cover the illustrations of receiving revelation from the holy Word and seeing vision through revelation and also the Triune God's revelation and His move in the New Testament.

These chapters cover the subjects of paradise and the lake of fire, the rapture of the believers, and the second coming of Christ. This section then continues with chapter 1 of a new book, The Crucial Revelation of Life in the Scriptures, which is in volume 2 of The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1969. This chapter covers the matter of life as seen in Genesis 1. The third line--Maturing in Life--contains chapters 49 and 50 of The Kingdom, which are in volume 2 of The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1972. These chapters cover the exercise of the kingdom and a rich entrance into the kingdom. This section then continues with chapters 1 and 2 of a new book, Perfecting Training, which are in volume 1 of The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1980. These chapters contain an opening word concerning the perfecting training and a word on the damage of opinion. The fourth line--The High Peak of the Divine Revelation--continues with chapters 22 through 25 of Crystallization-study of the Epistle to the Romans, which are in volume 1 of The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1994–1997. These chapters cover the grace of God and the announcing of the gospel.

In this issue we will continue the four lines of ministry that began in the first issue of Ministry Digest (vol. 1, no. 1). The first line--The History of the Lord's Recovery--contains the final chapter of The World Situation and the Direction of the Lord's Move, which is in volume 1 of The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1991–1992. This chapter speaks of the way to spread the Lord's recovery in Europe. This line then continues with a new book that presents an important development in the history of the practices in the Lord's recovery--the practice of meeting according to vital groups. This issue includes chapters 1 through 3 of The Vital Groups, which are in volume 5 of The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1994–1997. These chapters speak of the purpose and the constituents of the vital groups. The second line--Words for New Believers--​continues with chapters 11 through 14 of Basic Lessons on Life, which are in volume 1 of The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1979. These chapters speak of the sense of life, the function of the Triune God to dispense His divine life into the three parts of man, and the sense of the Spirit and knowing the Spirit, all of which are central to the growth of a new believer. The third line--Maturing in Life--continues with chapters 9 through 12 of Knowing Life and the Church, which are in volume 1 of The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1953. These chapters speak of the mingling of God and man as the proper basis for the church; the types of the tabernacle, altar, and Ark in the church; the building up of the church as the Body of Christ; and the proper way to follow the Bible and the inner life. The fourth line--The High Peak of the Divine Revelation--continues with chapters 13 through 16 of The God-man Living, which are in volume 3 of The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1994–1997. These chapters continue to speak of the living of Christ, the first God-man, as a man of prayer.

These chapters cover topics related to obeying the sense of life, living in the fellowship of life, consecration, and dealing with sin. The third line--Maturing in Life--continues with chapters 7 through 10 of The Future of the Church, which are in volume 2 of The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1955. These chapters present a sketch of the prophecy of the seventy weeks in the book of Daniel, a discussion of the seven seals, the seven trumpets, and the seven bowls, a review of various teachings concerning the rapture, and an overview of the significance of the numbers seven and twelve in the book of Revelation. The fourth line--The High Peak of the Divine Revelation--continues with chapters 14 through 17 of God's New Testament Economy, which are in volume 3 of The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1984. These chapters cover the Spirit as the blessing of the gospel, the Spirit of the Body and the bountiful Spirit of Jesus Christ, the Spirit of the practical Christian life, and the eternal Spirit of grace and the Spirit of envy.

This section includes fellowship concerning the responsible ones' meeting and the gospel meeting, fellowship on how to conduct gospel meetings, and fellowship on how to meet. The second line--Words for New Believers--contains chapters 49 and 50 of Crucial Truths in the Holy Scriptures, Volume 5, and chapter 51 of Crucial Truths in the Holy Scriptures, Volume 6, which are in volume 4 of The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1932–1949. These chapters cover sufferings, the Sabbath Day and the Lord's Day, and the church. The third line--Maturing in Life--contains chapters 37 through 40 of The Kingdom, which are in volume 2 of The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1972. These chapters cover the manifestation of the kingdom, the transfer of the reality of the kingdom into its manifestation, and the Lord's dealing with the believers at His coming back. The fourth line--The High Peak of the Divine Revelation--continues with chapters 10 through 13 of Crystallization-study of the Epistle to the Romans, which are in volume 1 of The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1994–1997. These four chapters cover the structure of the gospel of God being the righteousness of God, the life of Christ, and the faith of the believers, the divine transfer of the believers from Adam to Christ, and the Spirit of life.

In this issue we will continue four lines of ministry. The first line--The History of the Lord's Recovery--contains chapters 23 through 26 of The Recovery of the Church according to the Pattern on the Mountain, which are in volume 1 of The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1950–1951. This section includes topics on fellowship concerning the districts, fellowship concerning arrangements for various services, and fellowship concerning district meetings. The second line--Words for New Believers--continues with another portion from chapter 48 of Crucial Truths in the Holy Scriptures, Volume 5, which is in volume 4 of The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1932–1949. This chapter on entering into the kingdom of the heavens is quite lengthy, and it will be continued in the subsequent issue of Ministry Digest. The third line--Maturing in Life--contains chapters 29 through 32 of The Kingdom, which are in volume 2 of The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1972. These chapters cover the matter of ambition for position being contrary to the kingdom life; the matter of Christ being versus religion, politics, doctrines, and law; the matter of the resurrected, ascended, and reigning Christ; and the matter of the reality of the kingdom. The fourth line--The High Peak of the Divine Revelation--continues with chapters 2 through 5 of Crystallization-study of the Epistle to the Romans, which are in volume 1 of The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1994–1997. These chapters cover the center of the gospel of God being Jesus Christ the God-man, the content of the gospel of God being the dynamic salvation of God in its fullness, and the structure of the gospel of God being the righteousness of God, the life of God, and the faith of the believers.
