The 3rd International Conference on Material Engineering and Manufacturing (ICMEM 2019) and the 4th International Conference on Materials Engineering and Nanotechnology (ICMEN 2019) were dedicated to new research developments and advances in the fields of material engineering, nanotechnology, and manufacturing technologies.
