A simple book of my own poetry. Initially inspired by the hurt and pain inside after contracting Multiple Sclerosis at the tender age of 18 and then later by events; music and paintings which stired my re-activated emotion that had been buried somewhere within for so very long.I found the writing of the poetry acted as a type of self therapy and helped me emerge from a long period of depression without the need to take any form of prescription or other drug.
