Depuis quelques années, les violences de genre sont regroupées sous l’expression générique : « violences sexistes et sexuelles ». Nouveau syntagme introduit dans l’espace public et médiatique, notamment à la faveur du mouvement #MeToo, qui leur a donné une visibilité sans précédent. Mais comment les définir et que recouvrent-elles exactement ? Quelles formes prennent ces violences et dans quels espaces ? Quelles réponses politiques, sociales et juridiques y apporter ?
